Not worth to stop there, only if you really really hungry. Pho soup was cold ,old ,stinky , weak and almost without the meat! The worst pho I ever had! Other food was about average.

Great ingredients, service, and atmosphere. If you're looking for the Pho experience, look no further! Located in Schaumburg, IL, this place had me at hello when greeted by lovely staff, served by a robot, and brought one of the most succulent and tender beef bones for an amazing Pho. Simple restaurant that delivers great results. The food is to cry for. Most slurps were followed by an "mmm" sound. Fresh ingredients, innovative items, and reasons to come back after seeing a great menu is fascinating. The Vietnamese coffee is on point! What a delicious way to spend a Sunday afternoon after hours of not eating. Very good restaurant! The service is great! Accommodating service, friendly, and the water cups stayed full. The pho was okay, but there is one major issue that needs to be addressed when we were there. The photo on the menu shows what appears to be real crab meat, finely prepared and served nicely. That’s what I expected when I ordered. However, what we actually received (as shown from the second photo onward) was completely different. Instead of real crab, they simply used imitation crab sticks straight out of the package. As you can see in the photos, instead of coating the seaweed with starch (or flour) and frying it properly, they just wrapped it with rice paper. The filling was also different—rather than using fresh-cut vegetables like cucumber over rice, they used shredded lettuce. Serving different ingredients from what is advertised on the menu is misleading to customers. The menu presents a higher-quality dish, but what is actually served falls short in taste, ingredient quality, and overall value. I would not want to pay $8 for such a small appetizer with this level of quality. If the owner does not honestly improve these menu items, he should be aware that this could potentially lead to complaints or legal penalties in the future. As mentioned in tye beginning, the pho it

pearls that soak up flavor, a balanced sweetness (not overly syrupy), and strong, quality tea that shines through the creaminess.the food was amazing with vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and authentic experiences. and the staff is super friendly! its a family owned business!

Nice ambiance but Chinese owned and hence why the food is not authentic. The pho base lacked the earthiness of usual Vietnamese houses. The fixings were skimpy and the beef came out overdone. The spring rolls… 😞😞😞 where is the mint and basil ? 🌿 Also green lettuce 🥬 would be better for wrapping. And where in the world did we get the idea chicken spring roll is the authentic version ??? 😲😲😲 They did get the dipping sauce right. The chef did give generous portion of beef for one of the rolls but matchstick cut is easy but not conducive to roll. The same beef was used for my bun. Vermicelli was plentiful but lack of veggie made it difficult to enjoy. And side sauce tasted like the spring roll sauce. This one was even less veggies…. The sauce was not bad
